pretty awesome. I just don't know if I would know what to do with myself 
I mean it seems like it sort of defeats the purpose of gameday to segregate yourself indoors.

Defeats the entire purpose of tailgating. Stay back home if you want to be indoors, grandpa.

Agree, novel idea but I can do that at home, and not have to travel and fight crowds and traffic.
Tailgating is to enjoy being outside mingling with friends, family, and an occasional stranger or two.

Too closed in. Really the wrong design for a tailgate. Needs a rooftop deck, big doors opening up to large covered patio, big bar, etc. Especially for $5,000 a game.

I would prefer glass/hard plastics that do something like this LINK. Easily turns it to a very open space and plastic wouldn't break
An alternative is putting in larger windows with shutters that can create a "bar window" effect
