By the end of today's Iron Bowl, AU will have played 11 FBS opponents in 2014.

- 5 are currently ranked in the USA Today coaches' poll

- 8 received votes in the current poll

- at least 8 will finish the regular season above .500

- 10 are already bowl eligible

- our lone FCS opponent will finish above .500 as well.

- amongst our 12 regular season foes, only San Jose State (3-8 going into their final game) has no chance of a winning season.

Ultimately the schedule wasn't the problem.

Yep. Frost ended Ole Miss dreams. Our team quit right after.

I don't think we quit after the Ole Miss game.

We just came out unfocused against A&M and though we turned it on in time the two fluke incidents cost us the game.

Then we quit.

I think any rational Auburn fan saw 2-3 losses in this schedule. A&M is the one that boggles the mind.

We quit in the Georgia game . I still don't think they are better . 2 losses only because it was hard . We should be best team in SEC if our DBs weren't TPOS
