Bad throw/catch on first drive and missed FG were huge. I was afraid we scored too early. Can't believe Davis and Smith missed the tackle on Greene.

Me too. We could've won it handily too, but the lack of a true AU field goal kicker, the lack of a QB that can hit a wide open man consistently, and Gus throwing 2 possessions away killed us. Maybe this will drive Nick to shape up and Mason to stay.
ETA: And am I the only one who thinks that Nick was making all the wrong ways when it came to the option?

Me too, but not bitter. I don't think it was Gus's best effort particularly in the third quarter. That last drive will haunt me but hell what a season

Special teams cost us. Missed chip shot field goal, didn't recognize a blatant fake punt, gave up the return for a td, numerous drops fielding kicks, not putting the ball through the endzone all night

Yeah he did.. He wasn't ready tonight. Going to be interesting spring practice. We definitely need to become a more passing team. While still being able to run the ball whenever.

Those young men had a great season. Obviously they are more disappointed than we are but damn they know how to win. Some of them will accomplish great things in life. Proud to be a fan!

lol... yeah, because it wasn't FSU defending that well most of the night. It was Nick Marshall's "reads".
