if you have access.

Lanier, can you still get a hold of Nortizsle?

Apparently a large tornado hit the area there and reports are significant number of injuries.

Twister hit about 5 miles north of Stately Freep Manor - we're in the East Hill area for those familiar with P'cola, fairly close to downtown. Sounds like the worst of it was out towards UWF.

We had some pretty heavy rain, a little lightning and gusty winds but no damage - unlike a week ago, when a similar storm brought down a major chunk of a 100-year old oak in our neighbors' yard...right on top of our aged 1985 Isuzu Trooper II.

Still, grateful for no significant injuries tonight, at least not that I've heard about.

I'm good just north of Dothan. Tornado sirens were rolling for about 2 hours last night with sightings all around us.

As if tornadoes and tornadoe sirens aren't frightening enough, when they happen at night it's just terrible. Hope everyone is safe.

My brother in law lives in Dothan. He hadn't watched the news all day so he had no clue how bad the weather would be. A house a few doors down from him got thrashed

I'm guessing he lives on the west side of town, it bore the brunt of the storm. Those were some scary arse storms, I can't remember seeing lightning like that in my life.

Yeah, in a new neighborhood out that way. I think his nextdoor neighbors fence is completely gone. Sounds like he'll be getting a new roof out of it

I have alot of family in the Milton, FL area. Apparently that area got hit pretty hard
