They are 4/0 mustad heavy duty. They will hold up with no problems but the swivels may eventually rust. They would be good for a couple of usages. We sell them to some anglers on the coast who use them for reds..
I use copper plated blades to prevent rust. They are the best and most expensive blades you can buy. But eventually , salt water will get them

Awesome. I make sure I spray freshwater baits I use in the salt down with freshwater and wd40 to get a little extra life.

thats because fishing records arent a normal type thing like biggest smallmouth. there are 50 thousand categories for each species like biggest smallmouth on 6 lb test out of a green boat on a Tuesday. basically everyone that ever caught a fish holds some kind of damn record. fishing records were basically the first participation trophies... there I said it.

Not quite, but I know what you mean. I was more referring to the fact that a ton of these videos claim a fish is a record with no substance, not talking about IGFA line class records.

Went crappie fishing Friday afternoon at Jordan Dam. Threw a suspended chicken liver on a bobber for a catfish. Wound up hooking a 5 pound hybrid striper.

I have had a few of them in my life. This one is a MF'er. Had it a few days so far. Curled up in the fetal position all night last night. No fun. Getting a little relief right now but it wont last long.
Drank about two gallons of water yesterday. Bitch wont move.

been there man - I passed one about 1/2 inch a few months ago - bastard got stuck and I had to pull it out. would not wish a stone on my worst enemy.
what is your site Lanier - I honestly have never paid attention if it was listed before, and since I am about to start getting some lures - I figure I could contribute to your Booze :)

This is the 3rd day for this one. Im hoping to get it gone today. I am drinking like crazy (water) and its being stubborn. Hurt like hell last night.

thx man - and good luck on the stone. last time i had one like that, I had to have them go in the out tube and pull it out. not a great day or week after :)
