Hey all...headed to the Arky game. Have a ? about parking...any advise? Should I look at paying $50 for a parking pass (south end of campus)?

Any help or advise on parking is appreciated. Thanks!

Is there a reason you need to park within 100ft of the stadium?

If you are okay walking ~5 min, you can find easy free parking even 20 min to kickoff

Park up Donahoe and walk or Park behind Toomers somewhere and walk. Donahoe is free and behind Toomers is $20

Don't pay $50 to park in Auburn

There's a pay lot for $40 on Gay between Samford and Miller I like. It's situated directly behind Barbecue House. I prefer that spot because you take E Samford out to Opelika to get on the interstate after the games and it's usually quick.

How early do you plan on parking, where are you going after the game, and how quickly?

The tiger transit buses run to and from the mall constantly starting 4 hours before the game. Those are nice, and free to park at mall. Except you will have to wait in line a good while to get back on the bus to go back if you stay the whole game.

There is a ton of free and available parking maybe 1-2 minute walk from that lot. You pay $40?

We park with Auburn Kiwanis Club in the Auburn Bank parking lot at Gay/East Mag. They used to do day of parking as well, but it may all be prepaid/reserved this year.

I do know the Methodist(?) church across the street has gameday parking for $20. For us getting back to Atlanta, the location is ideal - Magnolia to Ross, Ross to Glenn, Glennn back to 85 and home.

What side of town? I've used the Methodist church on Gay for $20 that's good for Atlanta bound traffic. I've also parked on Thatch, down form Momma G's a number of times. Kids charging to park in their yard, works and you're supporting students.

Felton Little Park off Glenn Ave. is a good option if you get there early. Free and not a terrible walk. It's probably about as far from the park to Toomers as it is from Toomers to the stadium.

I wasn't WANTING to pay $50 for parking, but was the only options I was finding online.

Thanks for the different options...that's why I asked We are ok with walking, don't necessarily have to be on campus. We'll probably try to get on campus a couple hours prior to kickoff and then hit downtown after the game is over.

I normally park near the police station or on Gay street just past Amsterdams.
