Marcus Davis deserves to be talked about more than he has been.

True Freshman coming in as a late signee who wasn't highly ranked.

Comes in and plays a lot his Freshman year and was crucial on the final drive in the MSU game. Then made a HUGE catch in the A&M game. Also made a very tough catch across the middle against FSU in a key situation. Every time he's been called on in a big moment he has come through.

Yep he might have the best hands on the team, a very promising freshman WR corp.

Davis is a stud with great hands. Sammie got better hands as the season progressed as well.

I was pumped for Melvin Ray. Unless you're obsessed with AU football like us, people had no idea who he was.

Not to Hijack, but Melvin Ray came out of nowhere.

He almost had another huge catch…. I had heard he was a stud when he came here. Surprised we have not seen him more

I'm pretty pumped to see how some of these guys progress over the off season. Sammie's talent is obvious, but some of these guys showed flashes of brilliance that could turn into stardom.

Don't forget daquille will be here in the spring. We need some more difference makers on the outside in 2014, outside of Coates.

Melvin Ray was a 4 or 5 star stud who signed with bama a few years ago but opted to play baseball. He has serious talent

I think 82 could have stopped the fake punt but moved into the wrong position

Davis has played how I thought Trovon Reed was going to.
