NFL star Tre Mason arrested in July ATV incident
BOYNTON BEACH—
NFL player and former Park Vista High School football star Tre Mason was arrested Tuesday night for reportedly fleeing on an ATV from a deputy in July, records show.
Mason was in a park at about 3 p.m. July 27 doing wheelies on an ATV, driving carelessly and “tearing the place up” on roads west of Boynton Beach, deputies said. When a deputy tried to stop him, Mason allegedly sped past.

In all fairness, this happened like six months ago. Not making excuses for him but if I would be doing life in prison if I were arrested for every time I rode my ATV where I wasn't supposed to

Riding an ATV in a park or public street? It could be worse IMO. I think his momma was just trying to keep her son out of jail with those comments.

From an incident in July when he was in the midst of his mental episode. Not sure why they would arrest him this long after for an incident like that unless he failed to meet certain thing required of him after his previous arrests.
He's been quiet since this summer so hopefully this doesn't set back any progress he's made.
