You're right about how he acted and why some people dislike him, but there are also people that dislike him because he's black. I don't think one negates the other.

He was ASKED a question about race and he ANSWERED a question about race.

The argument that Gronkowski supporters will make is this: He’s the best tight end in the league, he’s coming off another good season, his parties don’t hurt anyone and he’s never seemed to be anything but focused come football time. He’s clearly carved out his niche as the party king of the NFL.
The argument Prince Amukamara, a longtime Giants cornerback, and Charles James, a Texans cornerback, are making though: It is highly unlikely that public opinion would ever be OK with Cam Newton, who was considered too much of a showboat and immoral for not marrying the mother of his child, to show off with an extended party like this.
But racism doesn't exist y'all! It's been stamped out forever!

Well Cam Newton is the best player in the league, coming off an MVP season, and his dances definitely don't hurt anyone so I'm not sure what they are trying to get at there.

Im as big a fan as there gets of Cam Newton, but Im pissed with him for two reasons.
1. He acted like a bitch after the SB loss.
2. His online posts etc as excuse are written like an uneducated 14 year old girl. This irritates the living shite out of me because the man has an Auburn degree.
He needs to grow the frick up.

If Cam would have handled the loss better, he would not have gotten as much flack as he did at the end of the Super Bowl. All he did was give the racist a open invitation to bomb his arse for all the bull shite he did all year.
My point is. You can not act like a showboat and act like a bitch when you lose and say that people dont like him because he is black. People dont like him because he acts like a showboat all the time and when he loses, acts like a kid who had his lunch money taken. (numerous times) Him being black just brings out a bigger group of haters

No doubt. I agree. Gronk being a bitch does not give Cam a pass though. He has to know what he against and do better than he has
