Lawson and Mathews

Is there any real information on the seriousness of the injuries? Everything iv'e heard points to them playing Saturday. As usual will not anything until right before game time? If Garret, Lawson, and Mathews can't play then we are done. Yes i'm having a semi melt

there is a guy on AU family, better known as "the sunshine network" who is rumored to be a trainer for the team.....he pretty much said that trey and carl would be out.....slim chance of carl playing....holsey doesn't look good.....his info is usually bank....malzahn will say tomorrow that they are all "expected to play"

Roc Thomas is a fumbling machine

Is there any fricking body else that can not show up for one reason or the other?

I mean Muschamp said they were day to day, game time decision. Expects them to play. Yeah right. Once he said day to day, that was it. They ain't playin

Muschamp said they thought last week they would be able to play last Saturday, but then said they would be game time decisions this week. We likely won't know for sure until kick off.

Gus doesn't want to give LSU any reason to think they're out. But I don't believe they'll play either

I posted it last week but someone on AUfam said Lawson 4 weeks and Trey 6 weeks or vice versa can't remember

I'm not mad, just disappointed. There is a lot conspiring against us, and so much of it is completely outside AU's control. Injuries have completely neutered this team, and they all happened so quickly. It just sucks.

I read some about hip flexor injuries today. Apparently they really suck arse because they have a tendency to become chronic if underlying issues arent fixed and sufficient recovery time allowed. Underlying issues are primarily flexibility and muscle imbalances.
Appears recovery time is 1-4 weeks depending on severity. Or 6 weeks or more with surgery for a grade 3 strain or tear (which doesn't appear to be the case).
