To be fair Brannigan, you said almost everyone will be a bust, except for Wallace

SW had a personal QB coach

Talk about a dishonest argument. Wow. Didn't expect that from you.

So are you suggesting they have an evaluation issue and not development?

I haven't suggested anything about Gus' or Rhett's ability to develop or evaluate.

Kiehl Frazier however can't be used for the development argument IMO.

Frazier wasn't a top rated QB? Didn't his High school run Gus' offense?

Who is being dishonest now?

your statements here are conflicting

if nick marshall was a cornerback that led his team to the secc/ncg, would that not be good development?

also, if nick marshall was a cornerback that led his team to the secc/ncg, would that not be good evaluation?

or are you just using this tactic to shite on nick marshall who was one of the best auburn qb's the last 20 years?

Calling Nick Marshall a cornerback to suggest Frazier not being able to start over him is a knock on his record.

I know they are conflicting. I was suggesting only asking what weagle was talking about. I say they can't develop QB's.

Ok, Yeah I did that for affect. No doubt Nick was highly talented running the option and his long passes were nice. I accept manipulating the facts there. Lol

But to say Gus and Lashlee have no involvement in fraziers development or lack thereof is dishonest.

They developed him for one system. He played in a completely different system. Like I said originally.

He played one year in a different system between HS and college

What am I missing? I'm asking for a friend.

Right. The only year he got a chance to play and it was in a system he had never seen before. Never been developed for.

We just need an above average dual threat qb to make our offense very good.

I saw Frazier play a few times on tv when he was in HS. He was already committed to us. That was back in the AE days. I knew his Step-Dad was a member already. I PM'd a MOD that I talked to regularly and told him my concerns with KF before he ever set foot on campus. I saw him throw a few passes in one game that looked like the ball was going end over end. The problem with recruiting KF was........we shouldn't have.

The alarming thing about JJ is the coaches didn't figure our in practice that he would stare down receivers and was afraid to get hit. QB practice must be going through the motions with never any contact.

There was a weird infatuation with JJ.

Nick Marshall improved but much of that was probably on his own. I don't think they know how to develop QBs or we would have at least has a serviceable back up.

I don't think QB is an easy position to develop

Then I guess what we had here in 2011 was a clone of Gus? because Gus was still OC here in 2011 and frazier played in some games that year FAU Game. South Carolina Game. Arkansas Game. Samford Game. Bowl Game against UVA. etc I think he also played some in the game against Florida too

SW isn't a great, all-time QB, etc...but it is obvious he has improved since his first game. Do Gus and RL not get credit for that?
