Sometimes, I wish coaches would just be honest. "Look, we suck because of xyz. The players can't do x and I keep trying to get them to do y, but then z is an issue, so y is never a right call".

I mean, we could not sub in a gimpy QB and let him throw it three times under pressure, for starters.
I blame Gus. If it's Lashlee making inexplicable decisions, then Gus should put a stop to it. Either way it's a catastrophe and Gus isn't likely to be here after next year unless he makes a radical overhaul next year and decides to stop being such a stubborn idiot.
Seriously, if there was a way to censure a coach without terminating him, we should do it to Gus for the garbage he has put forth this season.

Normally I'd say someone who coached and developed him for 3 years.

If we had an experienced head coach and OC, they would've realized that JJ wasn't very good. I find it hard to believe this guy was an all-star in practice and showed no signs of what we've seen this year.
Gus is still green as a HC and he hired a green OC. We need someone at that position that has experience and can challenge Gus' ideas or maybe notice something that Gus doesn't.

This is how I feel. It is nothing against Lashlee, he just does not really add anything imo.

Both Lashlee and Gus deserves blame
Lashlee: Either he does something and sucks or does nothing and then wtf is he on staff for
Gus: Either the O is his fault or he allowed his O to be commandeered by an inept frick

I was pissed about the play calling after the game was first over. Went out and took my frustration out on an overgrown lawn. The play calls had a couple big plays with wide open receivers and our QB's totally missed the throw.
