You got any experience at this? I want to increase my yield. Right now, I am only catching fish on the edge.

I use it when I fish in the Gulf. It sure attracts the bait, which attracts things I am trying to catch.

What do you mean on the edge? I take that as you have a light and are having limited success with it. Do you have it on a dock, putting it on the side of your boat or somewhere else?

We do a good bit of night fishing and there are a few docks around the lake that have them. They usually produce pretty good. Like MR said, they do attract the bait pretty well.

Yeah. On a dock. Three green lights attached. The lights themselves attract some very large fish. They just won't bite. I am catching some small ones on the transition zone between the light, and dark water.

You must not be using the right kind of bait. I would recommend using one of Lanier's line of baits.....even a stuffed fish can't resist them.

If the water is a clear, a lot of timea they wont hit directly under the lights. Best bait for dock fishing I have found, fresh or salt, is a 2 inch crappie grub.

I use 3 inch gulp shrimp. Lime Tigers, Pearl whites or new penny.

If they're chewing really good, it's a blast to stuff a small glow stick in a fluke. Wajt till the light goes disappears and set the hook

It's not cheating if you're getting less bites... It's just more fun
