Well, I mean he's not wrong. You can't go 15-0 ship without winning the SECW.

He did that in 2010 too.

15-0

If we rummage around on the Internet a bit we can probably find Bleacher Report-esque articles about every team in the SEC being a "sleeper" to win it all. Also, this is coming from the guy who most recently said AU winning 8 games would be "HUGE"

Picking AU to do well when everyone else picks them to blow is about as safe a bet as picking Alabama to win it all, based on recent history.

It's amazing what lack of a QB will do.

So we're a 7 pt underdog to Clemson, but if you literally just put Watson on AU, I'd bet you we're a 16 point favorite over CU at home.

He is right. All it takes is a few things to go right and off we go.

Agree. In all honesty...........This is the first season in a longggg time that I have zero expectations coming into the season. If we find a QB, we can make some noise. If we don't, I think our season will look just like it did last year.

Also, and more likely, few things go wrong an we are 1-3 going into October and off we go.

I'd pump the brakes there. If we had abWatson type QB we'd probably be favorites but not a double digit

I took it to mean if the QB situations were switched.

That is the definition of a sleeper.

And I do think we might be double digits if we swapped QB situations. If it were equal such as NM vs Watson standing in there it would be +3 for home field. And it would be the hottest ticket in football.
