He won't have any problem finding a new job. He's a good coach.

No he is not. He is an average coach on his best days. He is a pretty good recruiter, so he will find a job. Mostly because coaching is a huge good ole boys network.
Grimes took a job at VaTech in 2013 Along with Lolffler. The Lolf managed to get Frank Beamer fired too. Next is his coach at Temple.

He really isn't. He is an average coach that recruits well. There was a huge difference in the development of our OL when JB came to town
