Who is student22 on that site? He seems to know the inner workings of the AD and defends JJ at all cost. Some say it is Pat Dye Jr.

There are a lot of staunch JJ supporters in the AD which shouldn't he surprising

What should be surprising is that a lot of them were hired from outside the "Auburn family" and suggest that JJ wants to break the good old boy network not reinforce it

Supposedly Marcy Girton the new COO hire was JJ While the AU power brokers wanted someone w Auburn ties

His biggest supporter seem to come from the Old "Auburn Family" network. AU will be much better off when some of them die off or lose power, both athletically and academically.

I don't know his name but he does know his stuff. I do know he isn't Pat Dye Jr. I get the impression he is a USF grad due to some things he has said in the past.

As of today, is our athletic department the strongest it has ever been?

Potential. Mid 80s with Dye, Smith and Baird did it on the field.

I can't tell you who it is -- and I can't believe I'm doing this -- but if you really want to know, you've got to start here.

I mean he has to right? Can't imagine he could stay as AD without some major powers still being in his corner

Just pointing out that we have a lot of AD staffers, across all levels of importance, not being hired from the "AU Fam" pool of candidates. Jay Jacobs is also supposedly a big part of the trend

The fact that JJ allows Tim Jackson to still draw a paycheck is enough for me to want him gone.

So what is it that Tim Jackson did that makes you think he should be fired?

This is not a JJ discussion. Wondered what group he belongs to because of inside information and loyalty. He does get info about coaches throughout the country, which makes me think he might be connected to a sports agency.

What does the man do now that he isn't creeping around on the sideline with Cam and Gene? I know he pissed off a bunch of people when he was in ticket sales, including Muschamp.
