Is there anywhere to get a national breakdown of Freshman QBs?

I'm curious how White compares to other freshmen nationally...
I know Washington and UCLA out west are starting freshmen... and Mangum at BYU is a frosh (though he's like 23)... and there's will grier at UF (but he shouldn't count).

You could try www.cfbstats.com
Click on "national" then "passing." You can't organize the list by class, but you could scroll through and eyeball it. Looks like MTSU's Brent Stockstill is the best freshman quarterback out there.
I don't think White has enough attempts to make their list though.
