If you could spend an afternoon with one of AU's Big 3, who would it be and why?

Bo, Barkley or the Big Hurt - who would you choose to spend an afternoon with and why?

It's a tough one. I think mine would be between Charles or Frank.

Barkley is the only choice. He pays for everything and is funny as hell.

I was in a club in Bham in like 2006. Barkley came in with his boys dressed in tuxes. He bought the bar for everyone in there for an hour. I got drunk as hell in that hour.

Barkley

We'd be flying out to Vegas, and I'd get a kick out of watching him blow money.

Same. Cam if he is option. Otherwise, Bo.

Barkley used to frequent Tounge n Groove in Buckhead back in 2004 on Thursday nights. I lived there at the time and went to TnG every Thursday. Barkley would hang in the back left of the second room at the bar and everytime I saw him I would go say hello. He remembered me after the first time everytime and even let me buy him a drink a couple of times. Talked to him about AU and Sonny Smith and attending Smith's basketball camp at AU as a little kid the first time I met him there.

(I know, not so subtle brag, etc).

So, Cam if he is an option or Bo.

He also used to hang out at Hogans on 280.

I know, subtle self-shaming because I admitted to going to hogans.

Bo, because as an All-American and Heisman winner and former #1 overall draft choice, I have more in common with him than the others.

Barkley. Not sure I could hang with him and survive though.

Wait... if you graduated in '83, how the hell were you a kid at Sonny Smith's bb camp?

Sonny coached from 78 to 89 at Auburn so if he graduated in 1983 at 22 then he would've been 17 in Sonny's first year so you're right that math doesn't add up at all

Dude, I've posted many times the 83 is to honor the 83 team.

I graduated in 2000. Masters.
