Meh. Different people respond differently to that kinda stuff. As a coach, you have to know how to motivate each player. Some need to be yelled at and some need to be reassured.

frick that. Rico needs to be benched for his performance and the freshmen WR need to be given a shot. FFS the white WR made more clutch plays today than Ricardo
ETA: i didnt even know we had a white Wr on scholarship

He is obviously the best WR we have at the moment. Doesn't mean that he doesn't suck like the rest of em.
