Who are they? What do they do? Football and now Basketball staff have been ravaged by injuries. What's going on with them? Are changes needed?

Dr Andrews and Ryan Russell need to stop forcing our players to fall awkwardly and getting their legs/ankles rolled over

we should just offer insanely high contracts but only 1 year

if you suck, you dont get renewed

but if you dont suck, you could make more than you would somewhere else
