I blame the orange gloves for all our holding penalties... it was like having traffic cones on our OL's hands... a blind man at the top of the dome could see us grabbing.

Good point. We really should look into having our olinemen wear gloves to match the other teams unis. Doubt there is a rule against it.

Socks were too much. I am fine with the cleats. You know the players like them.

I now blame all of JJ's INT's on the chrome face mask. He couldn't see because of the glare...

I like the cleats. I like the socks. Players and recruits like them.
I want alternate uniforms one game a year against a bad team, Idaho or Jack State, etc
Nothing Maryland like, but most teams now have something.

I actually liked the all blue uniforms that Under Armour made a couple of years ago.
Here is a pic of the helmet.
The jerseys were pretty much identical to now and the pants are the same as now just reverse the navy blue and white.

Do not care what the 18-21 year olds think. Orange shoes are FUGLY.
Now, that idea about having lineman gloves and sleeves that match opposing uniforms is clever. Thats the kind of tricky dick shite that Lane Kiffin did at USC... :)
Hell, Kiffin had players change uniform numbers at HALF TIME.
