I actually think we have a good staff other than Gus and maybe a few others

Seems like if we could replace the top man the existing staff could do well. Maybe let Kodi find something else too?

Zero chance we hire a new coach and don't see major overhaul of the staff. It would however be the Auburniest Auburn thing to do to fire Gus...pass on any coach who demands the control it requires to run a program then hire someone who is willing to keep the coaches our PTB like.

Id keep Kevin Steele. Probably need a new secondary coach. However, I would wipe the slate clean on offense.

Defensive staff is fine, TWill and Steele are excellent. There is not one coach on offense I could think about defending. Kodi Burns, and Herb are nothing more then Yes Men.

The only offensive coach I would keep would be Tim Horton.

If a new coach is hired we need a true leader, in full control of all aspects of the program. You cannot shackle him to any holdovers

Troof, but generally Kevin Steele has done a good job.

Give Steele the job as interim and see how he does

Steele will never be a head coach again.

Defense had a 20 point lead yesterday. Yeah the offense sucked and we had a punting td, but let's not act like he's been perfect either. Overall the defense had a good game, but they gave up 17 points to an offense that has been dog shite this year.

Dude that's why this is all so frustrating, everything is there for us to be winning huge.
Really good talent and experience at virtually every position, defensive coaches doing work, the SEC is as bad as it could ever possibly be and instead of taking advantage we are just falling into the pack of gross mediocrity with everyone else behind alabama and possibly UGA in the future.

You replace the head guy, you allow him to build a staff.

The defense was two really bad plays by individuals from pitching a shutout.
Ruffin falling asleep and Thomas dropping that pick are the only reasons LSU scored any offensive points.

Yeah, I don't get people blaming the defense.

We still win this thing if we don't kick off to the guy that has run one back for a TD earlier in the year. 2nd time a Gus lead team has been beat by a special teams play. #DisGUSted!
