Does anyone know if they pick up in Opelika? Trying to plan our trip for a game and hoping Uber might be an option

I couldn't get Uber to take me 2 miles to campus the other day. They are very short on drivers right now.

I was once so loaded I fell into the row in front of me before the game started.
Being buzzed at game is alot of fun. But, I am a happy drunk.

It probably depends how far into Opelika you are. Any further than Tiger town and I doubt it

We took Uber Friday night from the house to Toomer's corner...1.8 miles. It took a while to find a ride to come get us. It cost 9 bucks. The driver said there were 5 Uber drivers in town that night and he was from Montgomery making extra money. Even though he had a GPS I had to tell him how to get there the quickest way. My buddy who frequently Ubers in DC and Atlanta said it was about double the price for that distance in those cities. We tried to Uber home at about 2 AM and it would have cost 17 bucks so we walked. For Saturday all he got when he tried to get a ride to the game was unavailable.
