Sean White listed as starter on sheet handed out before conference.

Malzahn said "the last two losses have probably hurt me worst than any of the others."

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn: Going to go with Sean White, JFIII will be available if needed

Gus Malzahn says Sean White is still his starting quarterback for LSU game. "He gives us the best chance of winning."

Gus: "We're real close to getting this thing turned around."

Malzahn: "There will be no friction within this team."

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn: Putting offensive line troubles all on coaching, lack of proper in-game adjustments

Malzahn said the No. 1 focus from an offensive standpoint is eliminating negative plays. Auburn leads the NCAA with 32 of them.

Gus on explosive plays: "We've got to give our guys more opportunities." Wants to see more downfield throws.

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn: Definitely feel the fans "pain," knows their expectations, doesn't pay attention social media, but he "knows"

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn: Woody Barrett getting reps, he's "with us," we are working with him to get caught up

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn: Play calling through three games "hasn't been very good"

This is a departure from normal Gus for sure.

Sticking with SW, that nugget about Woody, blaming himself. Reporters on Twitter say he seems very apologetic.

I don't believe any of this shite but it's better than coach speak narcissism.

I hear you. We hear you. Pretty soon the people that hired this man will hear you too.

I could feel the "f you Gus" as you pounded out that manifesto in all caps. Bravo. I actually smiled as I read it.

Similar to what I told my mom, back in the day, when midterm grades were sent home.
