I remember him saying he wanted to lose 15 pounds, but he played around this weight last season...

He weighed 230 last season. He really needs to get around 215 which isn't going to be that difficult. Stay off the twinkies and the cokes.

He is a possession receiver and speed was never his game. He is bulking up for the punishing catches he makes. He will be alright. I don't think S&C is going to let him get out of hand.

He needs to get back down below 230. You gotta get open before you get the opportunity to catch the ball. His ideal playing weight can't be above 220

Like I said I am not Worried about Duke Williams being ready to play. He knows this is his NFL calling card year. Whatever that weight they decide is best for him. He could be trying a heavier weight to see if he can handle it. Not a big deal at this point imo is what I am basically saying.

I think that's where he needs to be around 220. 230 is a little heavy for him. I got tore into on a facebook post for saying that.

Yea, time to lose some of that. He was too heavy this year. Definitely needs to play at like 215-220
ETA: However, seeing as this is before winter workouts (well they just started) and spring practice, it isn't bad to be a little on the heavier side of where you want to be, because they will lose weight during that time.

Based on some pics I've seen it isn't good weight from deer antler spray lol. Not worried though he'll drop weight. D. Craig probably pissed thoug . He stayed on Duke last year about losing weight. Craig wants him at 215
