Are the posts about him fighting true or just message board rumor?
If true, was it with teammates or people outside the program? If teammates then yeah get him out of there, but with people outside the team, then hopefully he'll mature.
Up until recently, there hasn't been much said about his character or being a trouble maker. As long as he's not taking swings at coaches and fellow players, into drugs or going to be arrested for gun charges then I'm ok with him being on the team.

Duke coming back is good if true, but I have a difficult time believing it.
The fact he is with the team in Tampa is good as well. Says to me he isn't a disruption to the team overall imo.
Kid likes his tots and gonna frick people up if they mess with his tots. The shiner tells me he must have tried to take Laniers tots.

My opinion is I doubt coach would have brought Duke to the bowl activities and practice with the team if he is a major disruption.

I will trade Outback Bowl- No Duke for Duke coming back in 2015. That would be straight up glorious.
He is a complete difference maker and to have JJ or Sean throwing him the rock will be just plain sick. If Muschamp can keep teams below 30 - its going to be a scary unit.
