Thank God. It should have happened a while back. Gus didn't have the backbone to do it then though. Now that he's not producing, it was an easy decision I'm sure.

Good. For all intents and purposes he hasn't been on the team this year anyway.

I knew his little spat before the season started wouldn't be the end of it.

Hate to be that guy but maybe this sends a message to the entire team that there are no sacred cows and everyone has to put in 100%
That being said, I really hope Duke lands on his feet and finds some peace with himself

His best bet would be to continue to get in shape lose 10 lbs land on a small team like Alabama state or someone that passes a lot and enter the draft.
