All we've heard though is that JJ was the leader and now fans and probably players are losing their confidence in him.

They sure aren't ready to play. I'm not sure if it's leadership or coaching...........or maybe both

Yeah the coaches are the ones that get paid a shitload of money be leaders and guiding the team to success. It's their job to get them pumped to play. Worst half I've seen from Malzahn as coach or coordinator.
