Defensive Stats Through 4 Games

Based on the eye test, our defense is playing very well this season. Anyone have stats for this year's team compared to previous years and how we compare?

Hard to compare nationally because a lot of teams have only played 3 games. We're only allowing 18ppg. Should be lower if we hadn't given up that garbage to late to TAMU

Scoring defense is in the top 30 and allowing under 20 ppg for the first time since 2008.
That's really the only stat I care about.

AU is 64th nationally in total defense when sorted by yards per game. AU is 74th when sorted by yards per play.
AU is 28th in scoring defense when sorted by points per game.
