Saw this summary from a poster on ITAT.

Film room and position group meetings were not for the faint of heart with Will after the LSU game. Certain positions on the defense just cannot seem to get it done and he cannot accept it.
Don't be shocked to see some other less played guys given their chance to shine.

No disrespect to the guys who suited up who may be seniors as I appreciate everything they are doing and have done for our guys in blue, but the holes we saw at times on Saturday are just inexcusable and wont be tolerated.

As Will put it: I would rather you jump in the hole and get run over than just allow yourself to be turned and shielded away on each play...#$%^&^%%$$$%%^^^ just give the rest of us a chance to grab him as he stumbles over you."

Sounds like some linebackers got called out and we may see some new faces at the position this week.

Muschamp didn't forget how to coach defense. Every defense he's ever had has been top 10 literally. Our problems are a culmination of depth, new defensive scheme, injuries, and just to be honest, the defense is on the field way too much. If our offense doesn't have a 3 and out, it usually ends in a turnover. That's way too much time for any defense to be on the field. Having said that, these guys should be expected to show way more effort than they have. You were given a scholarship to play and compete here, you should act like give a damn.

Frost didn't get many snaps in the 2nd half of the LSU game. Muschamp lit into him pretty good near the end of the 1st half and he barely played after.

Cole Cubelic did a film breakdown and for whatever reason he said the defensive linemen weren't crashing in when we knew what was coming. He said the linemen were flashing out and running stunts that took them completely out of the play. For example on one 3rd and short he said at the snap of the ball Monty and Russell did a criss cross that took so long LF was already past them lol

On one replay, Frost was so lost in coverage; his mistake alone caused a TD. He is just terrible. Put him at DE and see if he can get pressure, but he is not a LBer. And Cass, geez man. It is a LBers dream to get one on one with a QB trying to option.

Kris Frost would be a huge upgrade over Davonte Lambert.

That is scary considering how bad Frost would be in run defense

I really like Kris. He is a very intelligent guy and carries himself very well. But, he has had more than enough time since he came to Auburn to be a "Decent" linebacker. He has not. I was very excited when he decided to play this year but I am not so sure that was a decision as much as it was last chance. He will not play linebacker in the NFL. He just does not get better

Reminds me of Jake Holland doing his bull fighter routine. Seriously how can you play defense and be afraid or timid when it comes to hitting people? Our defense has been infected with this mentality since 2008 it seems.

I've been listening to this same shite for the last decade. I'll believe it when I see it.
