Reading their message forums, they are pretty idiotic overall. It's clear (most) of them have no clue about the game, the rosters, or the X's and O's. They are the most confident bunch I've ever seen for being so ignorant.

I guess you don't remember 07, 10, 11, 12. Plus the super regional. Clemson fans are the worst I've ever encountered and it's not close. They're Alabama without winning anything

Being originally from SC and having a lot of Clemson fans as friends, I couldn't agree more. It's really difficult to carry on a rational football conversation with them about the game without them saying "We're going to destroy you" or somehow like that.

I hate Clemson. I hate Clemson fans. I really hate playing Clemson as often as we do. And I absolutely can't stand Dabo.

Having attended games at both locations I agree that Auburn fans are much more knowledgable about the game, on average.

Lived in SC about a half hour from Clemson for four years after Auburn and agree the majority of them are pretty football ignorant.
My girlfriend is a Clemson alum so I have to attempt to hide my hatred of their teams. I make zero attempts at hiding my hatred and disrespect for Dabo. He can go play in traffic.

I used to visit Tigernet occasionally in the past. It's incredible the amount of disrespect and insults they have towards the program and school they've tried to emulate.

I travelled back to SC for a friend's wedding party where a lot of Clemson and Carolina fans were. I was wearing an Auburn shirt, so naturally that drew a lot of attention from Clemson fans. Started talking football with one and it somehow got into school colors. I eventually said that Clemson stole just about everything from Auburn and listed the items. His wife, a Carolina fan, chuckled and said "He shut you up pretty good."

I wasn't there for any of those. And I don't know what you guys encountered in the BCS Championship game. However I can tell you from personal experience that Oregon Ducks fans are the absolute worst I've ever seen. I live here in Eugene, and I took my 13 year old (who loves football, but REALLY LOVES Auburn football) to 1 Duck game. 1. He refuses to go back. Took him when he was 10 and he and I both got spit on because we wore our Auburn hats to the game. I have had my tires slashed and windows broken because I have Auburn stickers on my car... But yeah trust me... There is NOTHING (that I've encountered) worse than a drunk Oregon Duck fan. They let folks leave and drink at halftime. They sell alcohol in the stadiums... Which only makes it worse...much worse...

Weird hipsters who didn't really attempt to talk football, and their idea of trash talking was yelling roll tide.
Only other thing that stood out was how fortunate we are with southern girls. I think they pull just about every hot Oregon fan and put them in a cheerleader outfit. Outside of them, AU women destroy Oregon talent.
