Defense looks good in close loss to Clemson. Gus goes Tubby-like, running the ball and kicking field goals to put us in contention for the West. We beat Bama in the New Kick Six, 18-17.

We have basically a repeat of last year. Auburn board hammers Gus for being an unoriginal, high-school coach. Several posters claim they knew it all along and called it from the get-go.
ETA: When the season is crashing we hear numerous rumors that Gus has lost the team, is too busy micromanaging, and cares nothing about the day to day operations.
