I wouldn't say 'interesting' but exciting! The next step will be to establish the program as elite.
Soon, as Auburn fans and alumni, we can talk about our program right there with some of the better known programs in the nation.

Great hire. He has represented us well so far. I believe he can turn us around. If he does, I hope we can keep him around.

Hope he stays until retirement. We will have exciting teams to watch every single year no matter the record.

Cool seeing a coach that wears his emotions on his sleeve. No "coach speak" with this dude.

Relevant would be the next step, IMO. I would be tickled with that.

Pearl is doing the halftime show for Arkansas and Georgia with Ravich and Dickie V. He said exactly what you said. His next goal for Auburn is just becoming relevant.
It's pretty remarkable that a couple hours after getting blown out by Kentucky he is back in the media spotlight representing his program.

I truly believe he will. We got him at the perfect age where he stills has plenty of mileage left, but old enough to where he doesn't feel the need to go elsewhere to prove himself.

This.
You could see the pride and, yes, disappointment in his eyes at the end of the game today.
WDE Bruce.

I am glad he is an analyst at the half of the championship game. Good pub for AU.

Bruce getting in on the halftime show is great for publicity. Bruce is using his ESPN experience to his advantage for recruiting.
I wouldn't be surprised if the point spread at the end is similar to our game vs. UK.

Not only that, but he can easily become Auburn's all-time winningest basketball coach.....something he wouldn't be able to achieve at a "blueblood" basketball program.
As long as we are willing to match any future offers, I think there is a great chance he retires at Auburn.
