They are playing on espn 2.
Their fight song (at least the tune) is our fight song. Not joking, it is the exact same.
How can they do that?

Well we don't even own our fight song so we can't sue them.

Yes, but that lady who does, doesn't let anyone use it. Hell, they can't even use it on NCAA.

I doubt she's ever been to a Blackman HS football game.
Plus I think you're still allowed to use it, you just can't make money off of it. (Which would be the reason we're able to play it)

South Cobb High School in GA are the Eagles and play the song as well.

Marist School are the War Eagles, but I don't think that they borrow anything else.
