Assuming they have a HR coaching hire like everyone presumes Herman is?

You assume Herman wants that job.

And what happens when they settle?

Dont even care.
If we can get our offense rolling one way or another (and our playbook opened) then gus may stay awhile
D is legit this year but his offensive derpness is the problem right now

LSU has money issues. Outside the S LA talent (which Saban is about to exploit), it is not better than Houston, assuming they get in the Big 12. Houston has every thing Herman needs to win a title. Hell, the school's endowment is like 1.6 Billion.

Don't know if LSU won, but Les damn sure didnt.

God I hope they settle. I dislike them greatly.

I doubt it. Even if LSU wins.... I feel there is zero chance JJ pulls the trigger at all, much less this quickly.

I think they have some TN after Fulmer type of years. Few good head coaches are going to jump into the West and go head to head against Saban with a fan base with unrealistic expectations.

I guess that we are screwed then.

Yep. I hope those dipshits get exactly what they deserve. An 11 year winless streak to Bama and/or Auburn ought to do it.
