Auburn vs Memphis

All signs seem to be point to an auburn/Memphis matchup in Birmingham. pretty crazy our worst bowl team in recent memory gets to face a team that spent much of the season in the top 25 and has a legit NFL prospect at QB.... but that shows the depth of the AAC this year.
What are everyone's thoughts?... their defense is pretty bad, especially against the pass. Hoping a healthy Sean White can get things going.

I think we'll get embarrassed if we trot buffoon Cam on the field as QB.
If White plays, I'll feel better about our chances.
Will of course depend on who is the DC for the game too.

While I'd much rather us be in a bigger bowl game in a better venue, how do you not go to this game when its so close?

We should score all over them. If the defense doesn't give up big plays I think we win 24-20 type game.

I'll be there. I don't care that we can't score or that it's a shite hole of a stadium. This team fought all year long and earned my attendance

I applaud your good attitude, but I tend to hold a grudge lol, one of my many faults.
I will probably go for the reason rig gave, this team never quit and deserves our support. I'll just drink more than usual to get over my hatred of that place

I have been a fan for more years than most here. Other than the Outback bowl last year, I had not missed a bowl in a very very long time.
Not going to this game.
