Since we got into a regional can we at least pin this shite and dropped the bball thread? And also pin the softball thread. Who are the admins? Jesus

Used to be Ross and LCT but they both passed away I heard so we are left to ourselves

How goes the workouts this week? Ive had a good past few days hitting Chest, shoulders, arms and back.... Not as sore now. Taking a rest on the weights today. Running 4 miles. Tomorrow is legs for the first time in a while. I am sure that will feel great.

I worked out on Saturday.
I worked in my yard mowing grass, picking up grass and limbs, edging, pruning, trimming on Sunday and Monday.
That was workout enough for an old man IMO.
But the results so far? I'm sore as hell. No big surprise, I guess.

If any team deserves to have it's thread pinned it's the softball team. No softball Pin then no baseball Pin IMO.

This board needs active admins. If Russ and LCT have irl issues keeping them from patrolling this place, they need to step down. I would not be for any of you who want to let outsiders on our board (looking at you Gene)
