My original thought was 35-20, but with their OL dinged up it could be 35-13. Biggest concern for me is that they keep focus through this week and next against teams they should beat easily and not look past them. Also that the coaches play smart with starters and no one gets hurt and the depth chart gets a workout for 3 weeks before Bama.

If we can get quick pressure on Kelly, he will throw one or two up for grabs. I'm guessing they'll try short quick passes to counter our bad arse rushers.

I don't see our defense giving up more than 20-24 points. The way we run the ball and with our 3rd down conversion success, I think we put up 30+ points. Auburn 33-21

Lot of high scores on the board. I personally feel this is going to be a dog fight. Each coach knows the other's tendencies. I see a 27-24 type score. I hope for the good guys. I just can't see OM getting blown out like some have said. I hope I am severely wrong.

Before our game with Arkansas I would have agreed, but now you have a preseason darling at 3-4 that might have two starting O lineman, a position group they were already thin at, out and there's a lot of chatter online about Ole Miss self-imposing a bowl ban.

I've got to think if they do that, the players are going to pack it in.

If we go way up can we just kick field goals so Carlson can get closer to the record? 37-13 works too.

And as for the dog fight theory, I just don't see them getting more than 2 TD's before we wear down their line and figure out whatever they have cooked up. Their D has not been good and our OL is firing on all cylinders and I expect White and Stevens to want to redeem from last week. It may not be many passes but they will connect and make plays.

So Carl Lawson currently has

6.5 Sacks (#2 SEC)
18 QB Hurries (#1 SEC)

No other player in the SEC has more than 10 QB hurries

I'm a little concerned about this one. Ole Miss plays well at home, we are getting a lot of hype for destroying a bad arky team, and somewhere in that heap of ruined season lies a team that absolutely destroyed bama and FSU for a half.

He gets so close, so often it agonizing to see him not get all of the sacks.

That FSU team is not that good. And this is a 4 loss UM team that does not seem to be improving much. They have a few people hurt in places that will not help them with OL and QB prote4ction. I agree they will be tough at home, but they just don't stack up against our guys talent wise at the LOS.

Ole Miss also has lost 4 games, their season is basically meaningless besides trying to make a bowl and may have some quit in their guys. I believe it will be a closer score than Arky for sure but I still feel we win handily. Our defense is legit elite, I may even say best in the conference. Our guys are brimming with confidence as well and we have a lot of momentum going into this game.

Smoove, I think your second guess is going to be closer than your first one. This thing is going to be beautiful to watch, if you wear orange and blue.

There's been a lot of water go under the bridge since that bama game. We are about to play a team that is thin on OL and more injuries from this weekend. And our OL is playing as good as any in the country right now. I just don't see it. This ain't the same ole miss from 6 weeks ago.

They're better at home... don't forget the UGA beatdown in Oxford from a few weeks ago.
