Auburn wants to add 2 more to the 17 class. Preferably a big and a combo guard.

The high school pool is slim pickings because most kids signed early. Auburn is looking at grad transfers and international guys to fill the spots. No names are surfacing yet but it shouldn't be long.

One name to keep an eye on is Roberts Blumbergs 6-9 205 from Latvia. Auburn appeared interested at some point but it seems things have cooled for now.

I would take WPJ coming off the bench over TJ Lang and BBrown

Don't be stupid.

Not surprised to hear TJ Lang is transferring, although i feel he still could've contributed. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Here are some interesting status changes for recruits/grad transfers we could have interest in

Grad Transfers

SG Elijah Brown UNM (18ppg, 5rpg) - Announced intentions to grad transfer. You may remember him scoring 33pts vs AU in 2015-16 hitting 6 3PTs. Son of NBA coach Mike Brown

PF/C Hans Bras Princeton
- (11ppg 8rpg) as SO/JR before dealing with injury issues. From South Carolina and

2017 HS Recruits

4* Combo Guard Aljami Durham (Lilburn, GA) - Requested a release from his LOI to Indiana University

Potential Targets

4* Top 100 Zach Dawson - Miami FL - Oklahoma State Signee, debate whether he will ask for LOI release after Underwood left for Illinois

Very slim pickings.. although I'm intrigued with DJ Heath from Sacred Heart, who hasn't signed with anyone yet.

LINK

Decent list of players that have announced their intentions to transfer. Lang is already included so I'm guessing it's up to date.

Most kids don't announce grad transfers until April/May when they have a better idea about their eligibility to finish either Spring/Summer + post NCAA Tournament/NSD when coaches then are trying to fill holes.

That's normally my go to later on. You can start to find a lot of smoke of grad transfer options before announcements are made though

Pretty much any Ivy League kid who qualifies for a medical redshirt is going to be a grad transfer as well

Also, Elijah Brown does have some baggage for flagrant/techs, even earning a MWC suspension for next year.

I'm going to look at this as a "Big name programs may be scurred" and not have elite offers

Maybe so, but would provide depth and experienced insurance. But for the sake of conversation, have you seen his career so far at Troy? He has done extremely well there.

With the exception of Malik Fitts. He can ball and would probably start along side Wiley. Problem is he's from Cali so he's probably headed back out West.

You'd think, but we'd find a way to not rebound.

Just like you'd think we would make FTs at a high % at least once
