Or are they adding additional ones to the where they have the sec championship and national title years on the lower part of the upper decks?

I hope the new ones are longer so they cover that entire lip/edge of the upper deck.

Yes, they are being replaced and will cover the entire upper deck. They haven't decided what they are going to do with the JHS and PDF signs yet.
