But we cannot play musical chairs all over the OL like the last two season.
We are replacing a fringe 1st RD LT and a 3 yr starter at RT. Golson was meh and Kozan never looked great off injury. We also replaced a great OL coach who could develop
Herb Hand better be as billed because that is a lot of work to get running

Kozan was inconsistent because he was still rusty. No way he simply regressed. Golson was very good, IMO. He needs to get more "brute" strength this offseason, but outside of his pure strength he was very good and moved very efficiently. Our middle 3 linemen are phenomenal. We just need some tackles, but hell we could probably throw a Guard at left tackle because our LTs don't pass protect all day like they do in some offenses.

Not all day but we still need a decent one for our 50+yd PA passes.

It may have been rust but you can't ignore the elephant in the corner. Kozan had major back surgery and he may never be 100%/as good as his RsFR year. His technique/IQ overshadows his lack of elite athleticism but if he lost more athleticism that is a concern.
ETA**: I hope he is back 100%. He could be a great OG for us, but it would be negligent to ignore this major question

Golson improved throughout the year but he never was consistently better than average.
ETA**: I'd feel better ith another year under Grimes. I like Hand but unknown where he can take Golson development wise in 1 year

I have high hopes for our interior OL but against strong DL, we could have issues. Kozan/Golson could run the risk of being Jernigan'd like Dismukes/Slade/Kozan just out muscling them

Well according to the AU Board, we have Sean White and are going to be passing for 300+ yards/game.

It appears that lady is enjoying the sunshine

Nah, it's what Lanier is doing off camera is what she is enjoying.

Thanks but I not sure I have that good of skills.

I think it was big that Danzey came back. He is adequate at center and that leaves Golsen to slide over to right tackle.

Danzey is graduated and gone so you've got to mean Dampeer who we haven't really seen play much yet

OL will be stout AF.

If Robert Leff is our LT it won't be.

Will not be starter. Our OL is going to be suspect next year.

Our O-line was so young last season. I 100% believe there will be major improvement.
7 total JR/SR's last season. We had depth but it was very young. I expect some big things this season. JF III or White should have plenty of protection in my opinion.

Our OL is going to look a lot like the panthers last night. Above average in the middle and pretty bad on the edges.

I think our interior OL is going to be the best in the SEC. Kozan (if back to full health/strength), Golson (should get more comfy at C and stronger), and Braden Smith (best G in the SEC) is absolutely stout.
The tackles....massive question mark. Luckily we barely have true drop back passes in the passing game so the OTs don't have to be pass blocking savants.

Hasn't there been some talk the Smith may slide to LT? I think our starting O-line will be Smith, Golson, Kozan, Horton, and James.
