Yep, still think that 2004 team would have beaten anyone in the country, may have been the best Auburn team ever, and would have not fared too badly against the '85 Bears.

I watched from the middle east in the middle of the night. I was the only one in there yelling at the TV and high-fiving myself. I did get to go to the SEC Champ game right before I deployed.
I loved that team.

my wife and roommates had pretty much the entire offense at her house, sans Campbell, to watch JC on Sportscenter. It was either the week of or after the SEC CG.
They signed a bunch of stuff(I have 3 footballs and two helmets) but Carnel was signing everything, walls, patio railings, etc.. This was at the exchange(not sure what it is called now) Maintenance men probably painted over it, not know a thing

Man those are 2 dreadful looking offenses. We had Brooks and Cribbs, too. Like watching paint dry compared to today's game.
