Seems like we are trying to replicate other teams' success by hiring their unproven assistants instead of doing our own thing. See Coach Bud (nothing against the guy)

But that's my opinion. I'm just bitter at this point

Dang, we were so close to having something special with Danny Ferry. Every time this team starts to reel you back in they F it up by shooting themselves in the foot.

Sounds like about as good as we could have hoped for. Hopefully he is given full autonomy immediately.
