We already have a 'berg' here - it's made of ice and sinking our program.

I like CMA as a person, he's just not getting it done here. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for the time being, since he seemingly recognized that we had big issues last year and went out to recruit some immediate help. There's still something missing, regardless of the influx of decent talent.
