I represented a woman who ran into a restaurant and got a DWI and criminal mischief. Fortunately no patrons were there. It does happen.

this stuff happens all of the time. I just had a lady in a new wrangler jump a curb stop, run over shrubs and a holly tree, demolish a bike rack that had a $4k bike locked to it, jump a huge stone and brick planter and destroy most of it. When the cops got there they asked her if she was ok. She replied, "i think i messed up". She was smashed drunk at 10 a.m.
