Yeah another shitty thread by me but it seems highly unlikely. Any info is greatly appreciated and yes I googled it but it was mostly boisterous claims.

cheese dip sounds very good about now. i do love me mexico chiquito. stobys is okay but overrated.

I just want to salute the SOB that first thought to put rotel and hot sausage together in cheese dip. My belly enjoys it.

i'll eat it and like it, sir, but just not as much as i like others. i love their grilled chicken salad with the smokey honey mustard or whatever. and i love their pita's- ham, turkey turkey, provolone provolone.

I remember an article with Lee Richardson (former chef of Ashley's) and he was mystified by Little Rock's obsession with cheese dip.

I just looked on their website, and so far there's no indication there's a 4th Annual World Cheese Dip Championship. They did something at Riverfest, but the actual festival is usually in the fall.
