Why are we calling play action from under center down 42-17

It makes no sense. At least in shotgun Allen can see the pressure the entire time. It's not like we're fooling them into thinking we're running down this much either.

I was just asking the same thing.

Of all the things to complain about, you pick offensive playcalling? the only thing that's been good?

Enos gets credit for getting points on the board but it's been far from perfect. Allen is getting murdered.

I almost feel like our offense has done as well as it did despite Enos constantly putting us behind the chains with the idiotic play action calls.

I've been saying the same thing all night. It hasn't fooled Bama once, every time it's a negative play.

What I said a few days ago on here:
This was apparent in the first quarter and he kept going back to it. Ridiculous.

Our usual under center play action won't work because they take too long to develop; Bama will be on Allen's back before he can find an open WR.

Our play action is clunky, our OL isn't good enough to make it fully effective.
We're pretty easy to gameplan for in actuality. We need to use more disguise (which we've been pretty good at with Enos).
That speed option was a nice wrinkle, I've wanted to see option since the 2nd half of the ULM loss.
