I'm not gonna start a thread on the Arkansas sports board for a year.

I resolve to get knee walking drunk before every Razorback football game in 2017. That way the soul crushing despair of Arkansas football won't weigh so heavily on my soul.

On a side note does anyone have a spare liver I can borrow for next season?

Not get so emotionally invested in our football team. Our media hypes us to a frenzy and then reality sets in about week two.

My 9 yo daughter wants to learn some computer programming. I'm going to spend at least 2 hours a week with her (no interruptions) and start her out.

I'm a lost cause for becoming a better person, so I don't plan on changing any other vices or habits.

Same here, though I'm an unabashed cynic when it comes to the media-induced college football preseason hype. Our 2012 season jaded me too much to ever buy in again.

I feel like I've made good progress this year in significantly lowering my give-a-shite level when it comes to Razorback football. I left the Bama game in the 3rd quarter, turned the Texas A&M game off in the 4th quarter and the Auburn game off at halftime, and flipped over to the Oklahoma State-Colorado game during the 4th quarter of the Belk Bowl when the meltdown was nearing completion.

I've been let down by this program so much over the course of the last half decade that I'm just trying to cut back on how much attention I devote to it.

So you just bump old threads for shits and gigs?

I made no new years resolution. I knew I wasn't gonna quit smoking/drinking/eating right before I go to bed/etc.

So I said frick it what's the point.

Well do whatever is necessary. I totally know how you can make new threads without actually making one but for the good of the board I won't give out that info.
