Preferably one that's 24 hours or close to it, since I'm going to be working a lot in the foreseeable future, so I have an odd schedule. I've kind of gotten pretty skinny and have adopted bad eating habits, so I'm looking to hit the weights a bit. Where do you guys/girls like to go?

Also, no one mention Planet Fitness. I had a membership there awhile ago and freakin' hated that stupid place.

If you're not into group fitness classes, then Fitness 4 Less is a pretty good deal. Not open 24 hours a day, though.

My wife and I work out at Clubhaus, but it's not cheap, and it's not open 24 hours a day.

World Gym on College is open until 11pm. Opens at 5:30am I think.

That was my initial choice, I just wanted to see if anyone else liked any other gym better.

World gym has a stellar reputation lol. You can't go wrong there!

I'd rather get a fat arse eating pizza at planet fitness than to give them crooks money.

You have strong opinions about World Gym. Expound please.

I go to that gym. I have zero opinion of staff other than the hot front desk girl's inability to keep clean towels stocked. I guess the guys don't have a thousand hard dicks stalking them every day.

Been thinking of checking into that cheap 24 hour gym on Crossover and 45. It's not at all convenient for me, but no gym is. 24 hour access is a must for me.

There really is a bunch of shitty gyms in NWA.

Club Haus could be good, but it needs to be bigger and they need to upgrade their stuff.

They also need another location.

He probably hates World because of the dick move the franchisee pulled up in Bentonville/Rogers.

They basically closed all their locations up north unannounced and continued to draw from their clientele's bank accounts claiming that clients still had access to a World Gym regionally because there was one in Fayetteville.

People had to freeze payments and dispute it and all kinds of shite.

Ah that makes sense. I've only ever used the Fayetteville one.

We need a good 24 Hour Fitness or Lifetime Fitness in this town. I'd probably even drive to Springdale if there was a Lifetime there. Great gym.

If you're talking about the FItness 4 Less in the same center as the Neighborhood Market, I don't think it's 24 hours. I used to work out at the same people's gym (Pulse) when it was in Evelyn Hills prior to them merging with the Fitness 4 Less people. We went to Fitness 4 Less a few times, and it's a pretty decent gym for the price, though it's ala carte where you pay for group fitness classes. Doesn't bother me, but that's pretty much all my wife does, so it wasn't cost effective for us.

If I were going to drive up to Springdale, I'd go to Ballistic Fitness with Derek Miller. Dude is a boss. Absolutely fantastic trainer.

Yes it's vacant, they convently closed 2 days after renewing hundreds of 2 year memberships.

I was under the impression these people were related to the Fayetteville owners in a business sense.
