What did we expect to begin the season?

There's not a single game left on our schedule that I feel confident penciling in as a win. I still think we have at least a couple wins left in us, but who's to say based on how this team has played so far.

But now I think 6 wins is very possible with the last 2 over Mississippi State and SafeSpaceU

I said 8-4 in a thread two weeks ago after the Texas A&M loss. I still stand by that but I can easily see 7-5

Thank god Missouri and State suck. We could very easily lose every other game.

That is still possible. We are just alot worse at offensive line then I thought and we are worse on defense. We are soft as frick. We are better at QB and WR'S than I figured we would be.

I predicted similar, in that I thought we'd start 3-3 with losses to TCU, A&M and Bama and a final record of 7-5 or 8-4. After the TCU win, I changed to 8-4 or 9-3, both of which are still attainable.

We were all taking to our fainting couches last year about starting 2-4 and staring down a losing record, and we went on a tear and nearly won 9 games. Linebacker is a real concern, but we're relatively healthy on offense and have the horses to outscore teams (save for possibly Ole Miss).
